Pre-delivery Inspections
The purpose of pre-delivery inspection (PDI) is to ensure that all cars are of consistent quality – as defined by the manufacturer and importer – before being delivered to dealers.
Avelon inspects the arriving vehicles centralized in order to optimize a cost efficient solution to the customer. We train our employees regularly in cooperation with the vehicle importers.
With the visual inspection we secure:
- the flawlessness of metal and glass surfaces
- the vechile’s immaculate appearance
The technical inspection includes:
- removal of the protective cover
- ensuring proper function of the engine and additional equipment
- checking of liquid levels and frost persistence of the cooling system
- activation of electronic systems if needed
- repair of damages and deficiencies detected and reporting them to the manufacturer’s data base
